1. Artwork files
- Users should study and follow the instructions to prepare the work file before ordering, which users can study here.
- The company takes no responsibility for any errors, damages, delays in delivery, or any problems if the submitted files do not meet the standards recommended by Blue Printing.
- Blue Printing has the right to reject any content, text, photographs, and images used to order goods and services with Blue Printing and the Company. We are not responsible for any legal disputes if the order contains the following properties of one or more of the clauses below:
- The content breaches the privacy of others.
- Not approved by the copyright owner.
- Contains the purpose of deception or committing an illegal act
- Containing obscene contents.
- Any part of the file contains a computer virus or other damage to the computer system.
2. Printing process
- Some materials may be slightly bent.
- The color of the printout differs from the customer's monitor due to the different monitors or screens.
- The colors of the work may have a chromatic aberration in different lighting conditions.
- Prints that are dark or heavy in color may be prone to scratching.
3. Coating/ Lamination process
- A small amount of dust in the coating is possible, which is beyond our control.
- Each type of coating may cause slight color change due to different refraction of light.
- Some holographic coatings may display lines in some angles, which is a part of the holographic pattern.
4. Cutting process
- Each finished workpiece may not be of equal margin but should not exceed the bleed and safe area specified.
5. Printing on plastic and metalized paper
- Printing on plastic (PP, PET) or metalized paper may have scratches.
6. Die Cut
- The die-cut margin may have a slight deviation but should not exceed 2 mm from the specified margin.
7. Sticker
- If the sticker is placed where it is prone to be frequently touched, its color and coating film may peel off according to usage.
8. White ink printing jobs
- White Ink Printing on transparent material will make the job look opaque by about 50% (for one layer of white printing).
9. Digital Proof
- Digital Proof will show you your work's design layout, but it is possible that the color might differ from the proof due to monitor/screen display varies. If the color of the finished good is crucial to you, we recommend that you request a physical color proof. (extra charge)
10. Reprinting the same job
- As for reprinting the same job, the company does not guarantee the color, material, film used for coating/lamination, and cutting /die-cut margin to be 100% accurate to the previous job.
11. Order cancellation
- An order cannot be cancelled or received a full refund once the status is changed to "In production".

1. The company will ship the products to the address specified by the user when ordering goods and services. The company will not be responsible for any expenses or delays incurred in shipping. If the address and telephone number provided by the user are incorrect, please check the information before ordering again.
2. Blue Printing reserves the right to choose a suitable shipping service provider. The user is responsible for the shipping and packaging costs. The company is not responsible for delays, damaged goods, or losses during transportation.
3. The calculation for delivery time on the website is a rough calculation only, with a punctuality rate for the actual delivery of about 70-80%. If there is no interference, the company tries its best to deliver the product on time.
4. The company is not responsible for any expenses with the delivery period of the product that does not meet the schedule. This is because many factors are beyond our control, such as:
- Late payment or other payment-related issues resulting in unsuccessful payment
- Incomplete order
- Incorrect uploading of files
- The received job file is incomplete, leading to the correction of the job
- Delayed print approval from customers
- Incorrect delivery information
5. The amount of goods the customer receives may be more or less than the quantity ordered. The company will compensate in the form of credit for future orders or refund an appropriate amount if the customer receives less work than ordered.
Product claim, cancellation and refund
1. The company cannot refund orders that have been delivered successfully or orders that are canceled during production.
2. Claiming for damaged or incorrect product, customer must record and report to the company within 7 days upon receiving goods. The company has rights to refuse a refund or any replacement after 7 days from delivery date.
3. Customer must send back all claiming goods to address:

4. Claiming goods will be re-produced upon receiving the goods back. The amount of time processed is equivalent to or more than the last order without changing artwork file(s).
5. The company has rights to reject claims that cause by faults, careless of use or store goods, or shipment from customers
6. The company has rights to change goods and services for claimed product if such good or service is not available which the company will offer equivalent/similar goods or services or a refund.
