File upload
- You can upload your own design by follow our design guidelines or download our template for your design guidelines. Templates download can be found in product page under tab "Templates"
- Using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is preferred for using our templates
- You can upload an image file e.g. PNG, JPEG file. However, these file type doesn't support CMYK color mode, therefore printed color might be slightly different.
- If your uploaded design size doesn't fit the product size, some part of your design might be cropped out to make it fits the product size.
Note:
- Uploaded design should include bleeds
- Words or important elements that have to include in the finished product should place in a safe area (area inside trim line at least 2 mm)
- All fonts must be included (If it's an Ai file, all text must be created outlines)
- Check that all spellings are correct.
- Check if size of your uploaded file is correct
- Color profile :CMYK
- Resolution: At least 300dpi
