REMARK: We will contact you back to notify about extra charge or a refund if:

1. The artwork files have too many die-cut lines / too complex die-cut lines / too small to die-cut.

2. Number of die-cut lines indicated is different from actual work.

File upload

  • You can upload your own design by follow our design guidelines or download our template for your design guidelines. Templates download can be found in product page under tab "Templates" 
  • Using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is preferred for using our templates
  • You can upload an image file e.g. PNG, JPEG file. However, these file type doesn't support CMYK color mode, therefore printed color might be slightly different.
  • If your uploaded design size doesn't fit the product size, some part of your design might be cropped out to make it fits the product size.

Note:

  • Uploaded design should include bleeds
  • Die-cut / cut margin can be +/- up tp 1mm from actual marked line.
  • Product with lamination can have some small dust.
  • Words or important elements that have to include in the finished product should place in a safe area (area inside trim line at least 2 mm)
  • All fonts must be included (If it's an Ai file, all text must be created outlines)
  • Check that all spellings are correct.
  • Check if size of your uploaded file is correct
  • Color profile :CMYK
  • Resolution: > 300dpi
